Meghan's recounting of her experience with postpartum psychosis and reflections on healing and our system was powerful. It moved and inspired me and gave me a lot to pause and reflect on.
Her stories model vulnerability so beautifully and help make the benefits of meditation so practical for everyday life.
I have not done any past coaching, but I think Meghan has a unique blend of very operational and strategic frameworks to processing information, along with a little bit of her own "woo woo" which helps push me past my very tactical asumptions.
I love when Meghan says showing up for yourself is also showing up for those you love (paraphrasing). After each class I literally go home a better version of me and share that with my family. And I crave that feeling all week.
