All grounded in learning to see our conditioning - harness our minds, and tune into our deepest knowing - I help people see their thoughts instead of live in their heads, practice easy on themselves through hard, and lean into meaning, gratitude, and joy.
Let's practice together.

Through yoga, mindfulness meditation talks and sits, or via use of sound, I guide students on getting into the body and out of the head while supporting them in building a kinder, calmer, more joyful, mind.

I knew nothing of her past and focus on helping others work through trauma during my first few months attending her class, but I could feel myself healing every time I went.

" I started attending Meghan’s classes during an extremely traumatic time in my life. ”

- JENNIFER S.

Intentional yoga poses followed by the calming sounds of many different instruments make it an amazing way to slow my mind and body for rest.

" Meghan's sound baths give me a sense of inner calm and peace."

- Cansu O.

...something to get excited about, something to challenge myself. Her words, her songs, her energy, her practice, her vibe is very inspiring."

"Meghan's class gives me something to look forward to...

- Melinda S.

Meghan has served as a constant reminder to be kinder to myself on and off the mat. Her class is a constant reminder of why I do my practice, to learn, development, and heal. She reminds me to celebrate the breath as a supporting anchor in my practice.

"Meghan has made me feel normal and not alone in my struggles.”

- Shaila R.

I’ve been through ups and downs and big life changes within the last year as I’m growing and learning and I’ve always looked forward to her class. It grounds me, challenges me, and calms me.

"Meghan’s classes have really changed my life in such a positive way.”

- Melissa M.

I love when Meghan says showing up for yourself is also showing up for those you love (paraphrasing). After each class I literally go home a better version of me and share that with my family. And I crave that feeling all week.

"After each class, I go home a better version of me.”

I bring the tools in my toolbox—mindfulness, storytelling, yoga, meditation, and sound—(coupled with years of project management and adult development experience) and create an experience (think private classes, workshops, retreats…) tailored to your/your group’s needs.

Let’s make something together.

I use my experience with postpartum psychosis and my background in public policy to build understanding around the lived experience of PPP and advocate for mothers, families, and a society centered around our individual and collective well-being. I’ve given keynotes both in person and virtually at medical schools and conferences around the country.

Mindful Entry Into Motherhood

My sessions with Meghan gave me the tools and confidence to embrace these chaotic moments after welcoming my baby girl. She made me feel seen, and her words were a lifeline during my darkest days postpartum.

"She was a nurturing and calming presence, and made me feel safe.”

- Erin R.

I knew that I was susceptible to anxiety postpartum, but I had no idea how intense the PPA would be and how all consuming it would feel. My sessions with her helped me understand what was happening and that it was okay to reach out for help.

Meg has a unique blend of very operational and strategic frameworks to processing information, along with a little bit of her own "woo woo" which helps push me past my very tactical assumptions.

"The notes provided afterward were thoughtful and interesting.”

- coaching client

It was really helpful to have dedicated space to talk through my feelings, concerns, emerging goals/ interests and make some of those things more clear and concrete in my mind. Thank you, Meghan, for your time, care and thoughtfulness!!

"I felt very comfortable being open and vulnerable with Meghan."

- coaching client

I was feeling overwhelmed and like I couldn't keep track of what was what, and this experience really helped curb those feelings, as it gave me both a structure to articulate all of the things that were stuck in my head, and a supportive accountability partner for tracking progress and helping to break tasks down into smaller bite-sized chunks that seemed more possible to accomplish.

"It was like having a supportive accountability partner."

- COACHING CLIENT

"Meghan has a particular strength in helping people navigate through uncertain periods or periods of transition on their professional journeys. ”
